We have developed the Lifetime Board Allowance System early in 2000, and set up the salary and welfare systems such as social insurances and housing fund, seniority salary, car and transportation allowance for cadres and special talents, housing allowance, domestic assignment allowance, double salary for overseas assignment, overseas study tour, meal allowance, education/title allowance, and internal title allowance for employees with low levels of education.
