Precision Wheel Mould

Lizhong Wheel is currently capable of producing 1200 mold annually. Mould casting is one of the key technologies in the manufacture of aluminum alloy wheels, which directly affects the quality and production efficiency of wheels. Capability of developing and manufacturing advanced molds is an important part of the core competitiveness of Lizhong Wheel.

Wheel Tire Assembly

We are currently capable of assembling 3 million wheels annually. Our advanced automatic production line is capable of automatically completing all the production process including on-line photographic identification of wheels and tires, lubrication, automatic assembly, harmonic point matching, automatic inflation, optimization, uniformity detection, balance detection, balance correction, and balance re-inspection to robot stacking and framing. The production line is also equipped with automatic tire pressure measuring devices.
