In the afternoon of July 6, the group's insurance company's 2021 new graduates' induction symposium was held in the training classroom of Baoding Lizhong Wheel Company. Sun Jiewu, the group's HR and administrative director, attended and delivered a welcome speech. Relevant responsible personnel of the group and the management department of Baoding Lizhong Wheel Company attended the symposium.

First of all, we collectively watched the promotional videos of the three business sectors of Lizhong to familiarize ourselves with the basic business situation of the Group. Subsequently, the staff of the Group Management Department read out the Training Plan for 2021 Reserve College Students, introducing the training contents and incentive measures at each stage. At last, more than 20 fresh graduate and undergraduate students from many universities inside and outside the province introduced themselves, and the leaders at the meeting had an interactive exchange on the issues concerned by the students.

In the next stage, the Human Resources Department will strengthen the training of college students through classroom training, overseas factory visits, quality development, field operation and stage assessment, so that everyone can take the first step in their career and become excellent professionals as soon as possible.
