In order to implement the informatization development strategy of the Group and further improve the digital management level of enterprises, Tianjin Lizhong Group held the kick-off meeting of ERP project implementation on June 10, 2020. More than 30 leaders of Tianjin Lizhong Group, project consultants of Kingdee Company and consultants of Donghua Consulting Company attended the kick-off meeting.

At the kick-off meeting, Cao Weize, Vice President of Tianjin Lizhong Group, first made a mobilization speech. He pointed out that the Group's implementation of the ERP project is of great significance. The application of the Group's ERP will not only organically combine the Group's system with modern information technology and scientific management methods, but also accelerate the transformation of the enterprise from traditional management mode to digital management mode, which is a comprehensive and thorough upgrade of the current ERP system.

Later, the person in charge of Kingdee Software introduced the ERP project implementation plan and the members of the project team, expressed their expectations for the tripartite cooperation, and firmly believed that the project would be implemented smoothly with the support of the leaders of Tianjin Lizhong Group.

Finally, President Zhang Jianliang of Tianjin Lizhong Group made a concluding speech. He emphasized that the ERP project is a systematic project. He hoped that the members of the project team would carry forward the spirit of hard work, pragmatic and rigorous style, make full use of the experience of external experts, and work together to promote the successful completion of the ERP project, lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive informatization construction and upgrading of the group, and make the group's management level step up to a new level.
