In order to respond to the national "the Belt and Road" strategic construction and further promote the overseas localization talent training system, on August 19, 2019, the inauguration ceremony of Zu Chongzhi (Thailand) College, a model of school enterprise cooperation between China and Thailand, was held in Xintai Wheel Company.

Liu Ke, General Manager of Xintai Wheel Company, Li Jinsong, President of Tangfeng International Education Group, and Pan Xuegong, Vice President of Hebei Software Vocational and Technical College attended the ceremony and unveiled the college. Zu Chongzhi (Thailand) College's talent training mode is based on the Sino Thai joint training mechanism, including Chinese partners such as Lizhong Group, Hebei Software Vocational and Technical College and Tangfeng International Education Group, and Thai partners such as Bangkok Vocational Education Center and its subordinate Tunwuli Business College. The talent training process focuses on integrating the needs of enterprises, concentrating superior resources and conducting comprehensive deployment, with the goal of providing excellent talents for enterprises.
